I bought some of the Russian Temp with the red ink at Camp Perry in the 90's and it was the best stuff I ever shot out of my Remington Model 37 . It was amazing...I wish i had a case or ten now!

I know Bill and I bought a bunch of stuff from him at Camp Perry years ago but I was told by a friend that he is only making certain things. He is not sure if the bipod is one of them or not.

I ended up going with the DIP rail. I did want to use the JNP adapters, but I needed the extra length of the rail and the 25 MOA cant to get me too...
