I gave $125 for the gun with a 1" Weaver side mount base and rings. They also threw in an older, never opened 525 pack of remington ammo, as well as a padded hard case. I got 2 magazines as well.

The barrel is currently 16.5 inches, not counting the other inch or so with the splines that go into the reciever. I just measured and the section that was removed was actually 4.5 inches.

I have a GB that is stamped Brooklyn, NY. Where the location is stamped, there is no gold inlay. I thought this was gold on all of the GBs.?
