MK 4 Target not keeping up

My Standard MK 2 and Mk 3 Hunter are shooting better groups then my new MK 4 Target blue steel version. It's only been shot 200 rounds next to tons of rounds on the 2 and 3

The stock fits my LOP a little better rail is built into the action along with peep sights.
