I re-use them too. I saw a tip that if you pull them on part way then blow into and inflate them they will go on easier, and it worked for me. I leave mine inside out to dry.

Better to put the +20 on the bottom of the rear ring, leave the 0 up front for 20MOA or a -5 on the front bottom for 25 MOA.
