Your gun appears to have an aftermarket barrel , probably either a Volquartsen or a Clark. Either way that should be one accurate pistol !! And yes it has a volquartsen aftermarket trigger .

High "may" clear the rear sight but extra high will clear. You can crank the rear sight all the way down if you choose to use high and it will probably clear the rear sight.
