Dovetail same, but . . .

You'll need to fabricate a front sight. The target front sight is 1/8 thick while the standard front sight is 1/10.

True, but most of these locally seem to be hex head, which just looks like a smaller hole to me. The slotted filler screws look better to me.

Yes to all that. There are other VqC products that will work on a Mark I/RST, such as the trigger and sear. My favorite trigger for the Mark I/II/RST would be the AMT Lightning trigger...
