If you can shoot a modified gun in the vintage class then you may want to look for one that has a modification. Much cheaper than an all original gun.

As AL said, ACE is the place. I got mine there but I don't remember thread size. I just brought a screw and matched it up. 3 inches worked for me.

From the receiver to the end of the outer mag...

From the receiver to the end of the outer mag tube is 16 7/8 inches on my 12C (serial 739XXX). The brass portion of the inner mag tube is 16 inches. Hope this helps.

Welcome to RFC! Check to make sure the cartridge retainer is not missing. It will cause feeding issues. I know this from personal experience.
