Haven't really heard anything outstanding as far as accuracy with T/C barrels, so unless you can get one really cheap to try out, I would just stick with the Green Mountain barrels if you're trying...

this is why I always say go with the heaviest recoil spring that will run the action consistently..firearms just seem to function better when actions aren't beating themselves up with recoil

I get about the same accuracy (~1" at 50yds) with my 1:14 vs. my 1:12 with my M241 .22rf conversion kit

and Green Mountain has 1:14 and 1:12 barrels available...
