I agree, the Kelbly rings at Anschutz North America are exclusive to Anschutz. Even Kelbly's website don't have these scope rings.

I have 4 sets of these. Looks good and high quality.

I think you should check to see if the front bag is level from the left-side vs. right-side. Level the Caldwell BR rest itself with a bubble level, and then verify that the front bag is level also....
