You are correct of course, the .22 LR is running out of steam that far out, and a clean kill is chancy at best.
With a good hit, it can kill the chuck... but still it is prudent to hold shooting...

I just got a Sig Sauer kilo 1200 range finder. I cannot find an on/off switch.

Is it automatic on/off in it's operation?

I hopeI don't have to I have to pull the battery between uses.

Today's Marlins..

Now that they have been a few years to work it out...are today's Rem made Marlins 22s just as accurate as the old New Haven, JM models ?
