W191, that is the first 22/45 to catch my eye, I love the MKs, but until I saw your 45 I didn't really care for them. Now I'll have to get one of those as well! :t
I'll post my MKs soon as I get my camera hooked up.

First post and I guess showing my MKII is a good way to start, I bought it new a long time ago, serial # starts with a 219, how old is that? It's currently stock except for the Hogue grips and I made it look better by turning the barrel to remove the ugly stamping Ruger puts on it. I've also been thinking about doing some trigger work on it, but it's pretty good stock.

22/45 Mk Ii
22/45 MK II, Butler Creek slip-on Grip, VQ target sear, Bushnell Red Dot, AAC Pilot suppressor. These are great pistols for the money.

COOL. I wish I had the $$ to get one of those. How quiet is it? I heard one on a P22 and it was very quiet.

It is very quiet. It is well worth the $$. The 22/45 makes a really good host because it is accurate at longer ranges than the P22. The AAC Pilot just went up in price by $ 100 unfortunately. You might want to find an SWR Warlock suppressor since they tested extremely quiet in recent tests. You can buy a Warlock for $325. And, the Gemtech Outback II is very reasonably priced at $ 299 retail.

Can't believe anybody would do that on purpose!?!

That was definatly on purpose. It sat in a file cabinet for probably 15 years and was rusted so bad that the action would not move. After many hours of TLC I think it turned out great. The barrel was not harmed because it hadn't been cleaned after many rounds of waxed tip shells. I really wish I had a picture of what it looked like before.

My father owned the gun when my parents got married. He sold it to the guy who left it in the file cabinet, and now 20 some years later we got the gun back for practically nothing, and I doubt that it will ever leave my family again!

Just got it about 2 weeks ago and just now figured out how to post pics.

The MKII is in the album along with some other pics.
