Slugging the Barrel

Do any of you have trouble feeling the tight spot in the RF barrel,my hands must be loosing the touch it seems more like like a guess to me now. I wander is there a gauge you could fit to the rod handle to show you the tight spot or spots?

it definitely requires a touch

Although it has been a while since I slugged a barrel, it does take a certain amount of feel to find out where the tight spots are.

Dont be afraid to slug the same barrel a dozen times to get the tight spots mapped out.

Regards,
Crankster
