Mr. Big, that is a very nice setup. Love the color of the furniture. Are those high rings for that scope? Is that a Harris bipod? Let us know how she shoots and what ammo you have chosen. Again that is one sweet rifle.

mr.big 09-16-2011 08:12 PM

the rings came with the rifle,,I think the bolt handle would clear mounted .225 inch lower than it is,,

I am gonna wait and see how far I can get a zero before changing the mounts,,

if it will not zero at 500 yards I plan on getting the EGW 20 MOA taper pic rail and try to use low Burris rings,,I have a set I can try and see if they work before buying another set,

but honestly the thing fits me pretty good with the rings on it,,hopefully I will have enough adjustments to get where I want,

I am going to try the 75 AMax bullet with Varget in Lake City brass first..

I passed on a used synthetic 527 American M1 (I like the flush mag.) as it says it comes with 1:12 twist. I thought you had a typo until I visited the CZ-USA site and checked out the Varmint model specs. Very nice looking rifle you have. :t

Is that a fly on the stock ? What nerve on a rifle like that, nice.

I have its twin and love it. Armadillos really don't care for it though.

mr.big 09-20-2011 07:11 PM

from 100 yards I actually have 28 MOA up left,,11.5 to 500 yards,,should top out about 775,,,
