Unsure of rifle origins

After viewing a 12/15 target rifle at my club I purchased a rifle registered as one of the same. I have some doubts and am unsure as to what it actually is apart from being a very accurate rifle. The markings are hard to make out as the rifle has been coatered with Cerakote. Any thoughts and advice would be greatly appreaciated!

It looks like you got a hybrid. The action seems to be a 12/15, the barrel looks like it's from a Model 12 that has been reworked/customized. And the rear stock looks like a custom (Sportco maybe?), while the forestock may be a reworked 12/15 stock.
Not a bad looking rifle all in all, and if it's a good shooter, there isn't much to complain about.

Oops. Looks like Gewehrfreund beat me to the post button.

Your rifle sure looks like a 12/15 to me. I have two of them and yours is identical to my eye.

12/15's should have a serial number starting with the letter 'P'. I don't see the 'P' in your photo so that is one question.
The barrel markings are not familiar to me except for the markings on the top of the barrel as shown in picture 3.
The 8/10/51 date and the 'Jessops' name, on the bottom of the barrel, might indicate a re-barrel in '51.

Nice looking rifle. Good luck with your investigation and shoot straight.
