As I posted in other threads, I recently acquired a 21" SS full bull .17 WSM barrel from MGM. Very happy with it. Have only shot it on a couple of occasions, but am getting under half inch groups at 50 yards. Haven't shot much at 100, really waiting to upgrade my scope and add some magnification before doing so.

I am a Bullberry fan, have owned a couple of their barrels. It is a shame they quit chambering the WSM. As far as I know, MGM is your only option for a Contender barrel.

I wonder what magic MGM is sprinkling on their barrels to make them function properly, while giving great accuracy?

I love my carbine (original Contender Frame from early 1990s) and love hunting with it. I owe it a really nice stock set, but that will come soon.
