Stock 10/22 receiver with kidd rear hold down in a Titan stock

Hello all, first time long time. I did a search but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I also contacted Victor Company and was told to check out this form for an answer. I am sending my stock receiver to CPC for the works along with a lightweight Kidd barrel. I wanted to buy the Kidd rear hold down as CPC will machine my receiver to accept it. I'm just trying to get a definitive answer on how or if this will work. Michael at Victor said that people on this forum have made that set up work, but could not guide me on how, or the specifics. Do I just buy the Kidd hold down for stock receivers and machine the receiver so the top of the hold down is centered and flush with the top of the receiver? Will this locate the hold down in the proper position to work with the stock?
Last question, when using the rear hold down with this stock is it kind of a PIA to disassemble for cleaning?
Thank you for your help.

Okay so to partly answer my own question, it looks like I buy the Victor rear hold down adapter and put that on to my stock rear receiver. I am assuming that it should still be mounted Center and the top flush with the top of the receiver? Does anyone have experience with this setup? Fit? Pain to take apart?

Fits great. Not a pain to take apart. CPC milled the rear of my factory receiver for the rear tang when I sent it to them and I put it in a Titan when I got it back.

I suggest you contact CPC before you send it and explain to him what you want, he might have you include to Titan rear tang so he can get the measurements correct.

Out-freaking-****-standing!
So it's easy to take apart then. Thanks!
