Does anyone use or have any suggestions on a propane griddle?
I have been looking at them and would appreciate suggestions.
Thanks, Roger

This griddle is very well built.
For the initial burn/seasoning of the surface, I did 5 cycles of heat and cool using flax seed oil. Surface is a nice glossy black and now nonstick.
First cook included grilled onions, bacon, hash browns and smashed burgers.
Everything tasted great!!!. May hafta buy stock in a propane company, as I think we will be using this a lot.

The Blackstone griddles are really good LP/Propane setups. If you want something as good but not LP/Propane restricted, look into the mojo griddle - your life will change - and I really love the Blackstone griddles.
