I'm gonna pick up a Mark I, comes with what I presume is the 56yr old original mag.

Can the Mark I owners tell me who makes reliable mags for it and best place to buy?

thank you.

Mark I/RST magazines hold nine rounds, whether the originals with the plated pot-metal bases or the current replacements with the grey plastic bases. Most shooters just buy Mark II magazines and are done with it, and have an added round.

If you have a replacement mag, they can be easily converted to 10 rounds:

Oh cool, I had no idea. I have 2 Mark IIs and several Mark IIIs so I'm good to go.

I have a few Majestic Arms mags that are great, they fit both a Mark II and III as well.
