Thanks for all the support!

I don't plan on selling it, but i'm glad I got a good deal on it. I'll try it with and without the muzzle brake.

Any thoughts on SV vs HV ammo ? I don't know what the story was for these older models.

All of the Ruger semi-auto .22's were designed & built to take high velocity ammo, so find whatever it likes best & feed it.
FWIW my MK I Tgt. seems to shoot it's best with CCI Green Tag, but my MK II's seem to do better by a bit with Win. T 22. All of my Rugers shoot at an acceptable level (nickel size 10 shot group) with CCI Blazer !
I'm jealous......great find !

I guess it's as good a place as any. There is a "sticky" involved with just HOW to do what you are asking about. I looked for it so I could provide you with a link to it, but I'll be danged if I can locate it currently.

It involves setting up an off-site photo album whereby you can copy and paste your pictures into your post.

Many around here, including myself use "PHOTOBUCKET". Several years ago I received a TON of help from another member, "OpsMgr" who is mainly responsible, because of his tutelage, for all the pictures I now have in my "bucket".

To purchase a muzzle brake, or compensator? No. Why do you ask?

Both imageshack and photobucket having priced themselves out of the market, I now use both Picasa and Imgur. Imgur FAQ here.
