I just bought an unfired, in the box, Ruger M77/22 International in .22WMR for $512.00 I've always loved the mannlicher stocks on the international models and the combination of international model and WMR was more temptation than i could resist. What's your opinion of the deal? Come on, be honest, I really want to know................

Good price about what I paid. Mine shoots pretty well now. When purchased the action screws were way beyond gorilla tight. Also, there was wood splinters from the inletting process left around the magazine well and rear of the action. Once these issue were taken care the groups dropped by about 50%.
Based on what I have seen that is a good price for a 77/22 WMR . . . Gotta love that International Stock. I will be interested in how it performs . . . most Ruger 77/22's need work right out of the box based on what I have read. Hope yours is one of the better ones.
I have been eyeing a 77/22 22LR in the Cabela's Gun Library that has a Clark's octagon barrel and a very nice trigger (not sure if it's been replaced or just reworked) but it's a bit pricey in my book.
I put 100 rounds through it, no issues of any kind. I had to adjust the sights, no optics, yet, just the factory standard. The first rounds, while sighting covered about a 5 inch circle. by the end, the last 18 rounds were within a 2 inch circle. Mind you, this is with 66 year old eyes, where I can't actually focus on either the front sight or the target at 25 yards (indoor range, nothing longer). After I get a scope on it, I expect to be able to do 1 inch at 25 yards, and then I'll head out to the outdoor range for 50 and 100.
I just want to put the gun on the mantle and look at it, I LOVE the look of a Mannlicher with blued hardward.
